Please read this page, the previous Intro and Stock pages before considering sending us the form on this page. You may include a web link to a site with samples or attach contact sheets or 10 small JPEGs to the email form. We will review and respond within a week. Thanks for considering Quickpixels to sell your photography.

2 - Review Contributors Agreement

Once you have emailed us the Submission Form on this page we will review it. An email will be sent inviting you to join with the Contributors Agreement attached as a PDF file. This is a industry standard photographers contract we use with no surprises.

Please read and if you accept our terms, mail back this legal agreement with your first disk submission.

3 - Prep your Photos for Submission

Currently we accept 6 Megapixel files and larger from digital cameras and film scanners resized to 2400x3200 or 2400x3600 pixel size at 300dpi.

Save files as JPEGs at the minimum compression setting (Photoshop 12), apply no sharpening.

A random review of content is made to keep our high standards of quality. Clarity, exposure and colour balance are checked. Make sure there are no noticeable dust or scratches at 100% magnification or your whole submission could be rejected. Also consider retouching out unwanted objects from your photos such as litter, graffiti, jet trails, hydro wires, branches, lens flare. You be the judge as to how important it is to remove and the time it takes.

It takes practice to retouch images in Photoshop (or other similar photo editing programs) We expect you to know how to do this professionally. It is not our job to teach you, though we may post tips in the future.

If you need slides scanned, we offer a basic service.

At present we are accepting only photos for sale as Royalty Free.

4 - Mail CDs and Contract

Once you been invited by us, submit your photos on a CD or DVD disk. Write your name and email address in marker on the disk. Include a signed copy of the last page of the Agreement and mail it to:

5 - Enter Data for Images Online

Give us a few weeks to receive and process your disks. An email will be sent with a login password for your Admin. site. At this point you will be required to login and pick categories and add keywords for each photo that we uploaded. Then upon approval we will post them live for our customers to purchase.
